Get Started with eSigning
A concise guide to create a signing user, install CatchSign, and sign a note.
1. Create a signing user

Do this inside MinSide (My Page) at RÃ¥fisklaget. Anyone logged in can create a signing user for themselves or others.
- MinSide → Min konto → Mine favoritter
- Drag eSignering to the left column and Lagre.

Click My Account > My Favorites, then drag the eSigning favorite into the left column. Save so it appears on the start page.

Click Create signing user and fill in the form.

Remember to note the username and password – you'll need them in the app later.

A one-time code will be sent by SMS. Enter that code.

Finally, create a password. You can change it later on MinSide.
2. Download the CatchSign app

Go to Play Store/App Store, search CatchSign, download and open.

Enter your username: birthdate (ddmmyy) + first 3 letters of last name + first 3 letters of first name.

Pattern: ddmmyy + 3 of last + 3 of first
Note: Norwegian letters (æøå) are simplified to ASCII automatically.

Follow the instructions (accept terms, verify email/mobile, enter the received code).

You can find your username again under My Information.
3. Sign the note

You'll get a notification in the app when a note is ready to sign. Follow the instructions.

Remember: Location services and data roaming must be enabled on your phone.
